for a collection of individuals in the registered user's group of "friends". |

| EventWatchTM will automatically search RSS feeds from various public sources such as newspapers, on-line news
agencies, and government records to find information that matches a member's criteria describing their friends. For the initial release the software will focus on birth, wedding, marriage, and
graduation announcements, but it is anticipated the number of offerings will expand quickly. |

| 04/01/2006 - Ran Davis and John Trustman announce the start 1dot0 - a new type of software product development company. |

| 1dot0 is a new kind of technology startup - one in which the explicit focus is on invention and creation, not
operation and delivery. We believe both that these two goals require differing cultures, organizational structures and styles,
and that our strengths and interests lie in the more entrepreneurial and creative side. Our goal is not to create a single,
vertical, value adding entity and then to operate that entity for maximum profit, but rather to create an "intellectual capital
machine" which repeatedly produces new value adding entities which will be spun out into stand-alone businesses. Rather than
focusing on a single vertical business, 1dot0 will focus on a single phase of the value creation process. |

| 1dot0 will work on four to five new products a year, bringing these products from conception and business plan
through initial production release. Once any of the products is market ready and delivered to the initial customers, the product
will be spun out into a standalone business with separate professional management for continuing sales, development and operation. |
