| Mr. Davis is a business professional and principal systems architect with almost 20 years experience
in the computer software industry. He has a long history of industry firsts in delivering business applications suites
based upon next-generation technology. He has successfully been resolving business problems through the delivery of
software products utilizing client/server, web-enabled, and service-oriented architectures. Since 1998, Mr. Davis has
been an entrepreneur focused on running businesses based upon larger profits over higher revenue. Through 2005, all of
Mr. Davis' businesses have been self-funded and experienced consistent revenue growth and profitability. His experiences
have brought him an understanding of the demands of project correctness and completeness over simply meeting an arbitrary

how all phases and roles contribute to the overall success of a project, as well as how the auxiliary company team
supports and contributes to the success of the company. Mr. Davis has held senior systems architect positions on several
client/server and Internet-based projects for industry leading financial services companies, including Fidelity Investments'
acclaimed on-line Internet trading system. These products have received broad praise and several industry awards from
publications such as the Wall Street Journal and the Financial News Network. Mr. Davis is an experienced technology mentor
who consistently leads his teams to deliver high-value products and solutions for his clients. He is experienced not only

| Mr. Trustman is an acknowledged pioneer and leader in the design, development and operation of enterprise-scale
interactive applications in numerous fields, including the healthcare, insurance, financial services and retail industries. He
was the co-founder of and the visionary behind deNovis - the breakthrough software currently being adopted by Medicare for their
operational systems - and he and his team have worked closely with various members of the US Senate to achieve breakthrough innovations
and efficiency in the US healthcare market. Mr. Trustman is the former senior vice president and chief information officer of Aetna
Health Plans, the largest commercial health insurer in the United States. He was a senior vice president of Fidelity Investments where
he developed the first on-line trading applications in the US and Europe, pioneered the use of data warehousing for customer relationship
management, and led the firm's efforts in internal trading and customer service applications in the US and internationally. Mr. Trustman
began his career at United States Trust Company of Boston, MA, where he was senior vice president & chief information officer, and at
Bain & Company, an international management-consulting firm, where he was a manager in the firm's strategy practice. A writer, lecturer
and independent strategy and technology consultant, Mr. Trustman holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar,
and a BA from Yale University. |

| Dr. Peled has successfully led large scale data and natural language project teams in the healthcare, property and
casualty insurance, mobile content delivery, and financial services industries as well as in the military and academia over the past
20 years. Dr. Peled has published numerous articles on topics ranging from explaining why large-scale governmental computer projects
fail to military manpower in multi-ethnic states. Dr. Peled holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. from the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem. |
